El trato de Diego es magnífico!! Muy atento y nos dió unas indicaciones muy interesantes para visitar El ambiente también está muy bien ya que deja claro las horas de silencio, la limpieza y demás... Tiene una zona de biblioteca y juegos para pasar el rato Y la ubicación es muy buena para recorrer el baztan

La falta de insonorización de los baños, aunque esto también depende de los usuarios en particular más que del albergue en general
