Good central location in the old town of Benidorm, lively area with lots of cafe, bars and restaurants. All within walking distance. The hostel is very clean and quiet despite its location. The dormitory has its own shared bathroom with air con which is needed at this time of the year

Cannot cook even though there was a kitchen

The owner stole all my belongings and never gave me the usuall confirmation so I had no idea when the days I had booked for. I had to go to the Tourist police and make a complaint. I had to get a more expensive hotel for my remainng stay

No food you are not allowed to cook in the kitchen. I stayed again 12th to the 15th May but they did not send conformation which allowed the owner to steal all my belongings leaving me with only the clothes I had on me. Eventually, I had a crime report and on the 18th I went to get my belongings back the owner was not here he just left my backpack. Booking.com was not much help either and they have not asked me to review for the last dates 4days I had. I had to get another hotel for £375 to continue staying leaving me with little left for food or entertainment.
