I loved everything

I loved staying so close to nature and the birdlife was amazing. Mano and Estefania were wonderful hosts and so was the owner Stefan. This place is owned by a family and it has been in the family for some generations. It makes the experience more authentic. It's a hostel so you have to share showers etc. but it is still worth the experience to have the view and nature all around. It's also close to Ísafjörður, Flateyri and the beautiful white beach at Holt.

We loved the overnight stay in the tent with the rain dansing on it 😀

The staff was great. Very friendly and accomodating. Wi-fi worked well.

The road to the house was quite bad but it was being worked on. The house is old and the facilities need an upgrade. The price is way to high for the quality. The cellphone connection is sketchy.

Very kind and welcoming host, the whole family was really nice, place is a bit remote but that's what it makes it unique. Room was very cozy and warm, facilites were clean and kitchen was well equipped. Recommended much!
