Nice, calm place with wonderful view where you can jump for snorkeling.

The cliff at the backyard has a stunning view.

First, they are understaff. Only one staff who serve as receptionist and cook at the same time. So the service was slow. The barbeque is already spoiled so i did not continue to eat it. There are alot of mosquitos / insects. You have to turn off the aircon and lights if you go out even just for an hour. And they will require you to turn off the lights at night which im not used to

The location is great, garden is nice, room is nice, perfect view for morning coffee, Jessa and Lizette were awesome, always helpful, we have greatly enjoyed our last days in Philippines in this cliff garden.

Nestled on a picturesque cliff overlooking the ocean, it offers stunning views and access to a beach that’s perfect for snorkeling. The underwater life here is breathtaking—we spotted vibrant marine life, including several majestic turtles. The cottages are clean and cozy. The bathroom is particularly noteworthy—the shower is a one-of-a-kind experience that adds a fun twist to your stay (you’ll see what I mean when you get there!). Cat lovers will be in heaven here, as the property is home to several friendly feline residents that add charm to the overall vibe. The service is good, and while the breakfast options are somewhat limited, they are satisfying and fresh. We also rented a motorbike directly through the hotel, which was reasonably priced and very convenient. For those seeking a touch of luxury, there’s a beautiful resort nearby featuring a top-notch restaurant, soothing massages, and plenty of amenities to meet higher expectations.

I must admit there were a few aspects that detracted from the overall experience. The property has numerous signs everywhere indicating what guests cannot do. While I understand the need for rules, it feels restrictive and takes away from the relaxed holiday vibe. Additionally, the hotel requires a deposit for the key. While I get that this might stem from past issues, it creates an unnecessary sense of formality that doesn’t align with the otherwise laid-back atmosphere.

We liked the location, it's nicely situated a little bit out of San Juan but close enough on the bike. The area around the houses looks nice, is peaceful and the outside shower is lovely. You'll have some bugs, but not in the house and this is still Siquijor. This is what we liked about the (overpriced) sea view room, a different one from this one. This one is a scam.

As said above we stayed a few nights in the (overpriced) sea view room, a different one from this one. This one is a scam. We liked our stay there, but the 57 euros we paid per night was simply too much, even though it was a nice and cosy place. We booked an extra night to extend our stay and paid the same 57 euros for a different room, thinking it would be of the same quality as the others. It was not, it was a damp, void and basic room. This one had practically no furniture, two seperated beds which were dormbeds without the top bunk (bunks were somhere in the garden in the back) The room had been painted the days before (we saw them paint it) and the whole cabin smelled like fresh paint. It couldn't have been healthy. It is agreeable to rent your dorm room in the making but selling it as if it is a finished boutique room is just thievery. They shouldn't have asked more than 20-25 euros tops. Don't book this room, maybe consider the other one. You can stay anywhere on the island more close to town for better value.
