Very convenient location to restaurants and convenience store

Entrance is not aesthetic, and very near to rumba grill bar that has a loud music until 12-1 am

I like that we can cook for free, the location is perfect for parties and gigs. I like the elevated bed. Bed is clean bathroom as well. We were accommodated by the staff well. No ants and we like that we have rod outside to hang our wet clothes and towels.

The kitchen needs renovation because it is too dark and mosquitoes are a problem. The pans look old, and the faucet is so high that water splashes all over me, forcing me to reduce the flow. Additionally, the fan is very dusty. While the location is perfect for parties, we didn't realize the background noise would still be audible inside the room at night.

room and bathroom is a bit too small. but you get what you pay for
