Located right on the road - it was impossible to sleep with the club until 3am, the motorcycles and barking dogs.

Beautiful room with great storage and good price on motorbike. Great air-conditioning.

It is, like most others in the area located beside the road so load traffic. Not really a good common area, just a small garden beside the road, looked better on the pictures. The beach on the other side of the road was low tide most of the day (end january) so never went there during day time. If you drive the location is fine, otherwise I would choose the area of Tubod or closer to Paliton.

No warm water from the shower or tap during our stay.

The beds were comfy, air con was cold and the shower was hot. Great location next to many restaurants and convenience store. Just cross the street and the beach is there. We only stayed for one night, took a ferry from Dumaguete and got a tricycle to the hotel about 350 pesos in 15 mins. We arrived around 830 am, we couldn't check in but we were able to leave our luggage there. The sweet lady working asked if wanted to rent motorbikes but we weren't comfortable driving those ourselves. She got us a tuk tuk and the driver Gerald, took us around the whole island to see the attractions and beaches. He was also a great photographer! We had a wonderful time on our short trip. Would recommend 10/10!
