Très bon emplacement Calme et propre

La TRÈS MAUVAISE SURPRISE d’avoir 20€ donc 200DH a régler à la fin pour avoir demandé des œufs en plus le matin (il ne m’a jamais été signalé durant tous le séjour qie c’était à payer en plus ainsi que des cafés pris le matin à la machine à café - pareil JAMAIS le personnel ne préviens que ce n’est pas en libre service et à la fin vous sort une note astronomique. On a failli me facturer un petit dej en plus …. Bref Très déçue de la fin alors que le séjour était bien.

I arrived at check in to be told the hostel had double-booked my bed. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff refused to cancel the booking on their side and insisted that I cancel it myself, meaning I would have been charged a cancellation fee for their mistake. The staff were unhelpful and unwilling to assist in resolving the issue. I had to contact Booking.com directly to get any form of refund. Booking.com eventually issued a credit voucher, but even that was for less than the amount I paid. Extremely disappointing experience. I was left without accommodation and had to deal with the problem on my own. I would not recommend staying here based on how poorly the situation was handled.

L'inconfort Jai visité en 2022, et depuis... C'est vraiment l'attrape touriste! Très cher pour une petite chambre... Aller ailleurs !

C’était correct, tout dépend ce que l’on cherche et ce que l’on attend de l’hôtel

Nécessité d’attendre tout le monde pour prendre le petit déjeuner, ce qui n’est pas optimal selon son organisation, surtout le jour nous y étions, l’équipe est arrivée avec 1/2h de retard … gênant quand on a un timing prévu (même si c’est les vacances)

Super emplacement Superbe ambiance On se retrouve on échange au succulent p’tit dej

Attention café payant non mentionné

I booked .but when I arrived at midnight, they told that it had been given to someone else. Unfortunately, they said there was nothing they could do for us, and I had to look for another place to stay at 3am in the morning. It was a very disappointing experience. The person working at night didn’t seem to be in a proper state and spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner, even making me feel unsafe. I truly believe local guests deserve the same respect and treatment as foreign visitors.
