The smell, people smokeking in the terrace

The staff was fantastic, the hostel looks really good and the place is awesome. The rooftop is small but nice.

I must be honest here, the rooms look good, but there was absolutely no airflow, a small window (to the inside of the building) and fan didn't make it any better, when u shower u have to open the door of the room for hours to get the steam out, the room was way to hot, and its march now, can't even imagine what its like in August. Also the room was soooo noisy, ok u get earplugs from the hostel, but it looked like we where in the middle of a club, and the music stops around 5AM, in the bathroom u felt the floor shake because of the music. I dont think all the rooms have the same level of noise, but the rooms in the back surely have. I don't like writing this, cause the staff and looks are super ok, if u are planning on partying till 4 its ok, bit if u wanna sleep before 4AM just don't do it.

La atención del personal. La limpieza del lugar

Se escucha el ruido cuando llegan los otros huéspedes y se enciende la luz la cual entra por la ventana de la habitación. Sin embargo, no es algo que ocurra toda la noche

La atención de la recepcionista Lala fue estupenda, servicial y siempre atenta a las necesidades de los huéspedes.

La atención al público de la señorita que trabaja en el turno tarde es muy descortés, sin educación y malhumorada.

La ubicación estaba bien, cerca a lugares de interés, la limpieza y comodidad excelente, así mismo como atención del personal.

Para el precio de cada habitación no me parece oportuno que no tuvieran a/c, puede ser que el clima sea fresco pero no sucede lo mismo dentro de cada habitación, además se debería aislar mejor el ruido de los exteriores, hubo una noche que no se pudo conciliar el sueño, las otras noches calor. En fin puntos que se puede mejorar para una mejor relación calidad/precio.

La ubicación, el lugar, el personal, en general todo bien

Podrían buscar ampliar las zonas comunes e implementar servicio de desayunos, pero en general todo bien.

Es imposible dormir, pagamos 3 noches y luego de la primera noche tuvimos que cambiarnos de hotel porque solo habíamos logrado dormir 3 horas porque el ruido de los bares es excesivo
