"Lovely staff and spacious rooms but SO NOISY!"

Pretty terrace, free coffee, spacious bedrooms, central to el Poblado

It is ridiculously noisy until 3am every night (even Sundays). Wouldn’t recommend if you want a good nights sleep! The walls were vibrating from the club next door and we could hear the music even through our earplugs. Fine for one night, but not for 3 nights

"the worst staff I have ever encountered they will hold hostage if you don’t let them scam you !!"

the property has a gate that won’t let you out unless the bus you in from way upstairs !! let that sink in !!

the staff were rude and hostile, they will scam you for cash money the guy that held me hostage is behind that hotel/prison gate in the photo

Nice and comfortable bed, beautiful terrace, good staff, clean rooms.

Loud music can be heard from the street at night, if you are in for parties that’s great but if you want to relax it’s not so good.
