Extremely beautiful room, the bathroom was spectacular, and the location was central. The guy at the reception was very friendly and welcoming.

However, the room we were given was a complete letdown. It was right behind the Teatro Victoria nightclub, and it was impossible to sleep because of the noise. The window faced an internal corridor instead of the outside. They don’t mention that guests are not allowed to bring visitors, nor do they warn about the loud noise coming from the nightclub. They told us that many guests complain about this issue but end up staying anyway. I believe it would be fair to inform customers about this in advance, both on the booking page and via a message once the reservation is confirmed. In the end, we canceled our four-night stay immediately. As a result, we were charged nearly €40 per person for a single night in that room, which was completely unreasonable.

por otro lado, no aprecié en absoluto ciertos servicios como la amabilidad del sereno que echó violentamente a mi amigo en Nochevieja mientras estaba en mi habitación PRIVADA de paso a 5 minutos de visita (8:30 a.m.) y no hicimos ningún ruido. Ni siquiera lo dejó esperar 5 minutos de manera segura por su Uber. Me pregunto por qué pagar este precio por una habitación tratada así.
