Great location, near to terminal 1. Excellent for buses to temples. Bathroom clean.

The mattress so hard :( it was like a rock

- really good location and close to the centre (within walking distance) - reception staff were very kind - the balcony on the top of the hotel was amazing and had good views - the showers always had hot water

- we were on a floor with a family and there was constant screaming from kids in the morning, they were also running around the halls. Ideally you would think they would keep families and couples on separate floors - the security guard seemed to take a disliking to us after we parked our bike in the only available space (at the time) outside the hostel which was close to where he sat at night. We moved the bike when we returned and there were more spaces to move it into but he still seemed upset with us for the duration of our stay - the doors in this hostel do not close quietly. I cannot reiterate this enough! They are so loud when you close them so you will likely be woken up by slamming doors because it is impossible to close them without being loud. - some people don’t know how to flush because almost every time there was always something in the toilet that somebody had left. This isn’t the fault of the cleaners (I have seen previous posts saying that you have suspended cleaners temporarily), I think perhaps people just need to be instructed on how to flush a toilet and toilet etiquette

The Postal was very close to the bus station, a short walk. When I checked in, they were very helpful, and communicated clearly. He surprised me by telling me my room was on the first floor. I put a note with my reservation asking for a lower room as my knee is sore from trekking in Sumatra. I prefer fewer stairs with my pack. They put me closest to the stairs on the first floor of the rooms. that doesn't normally happen! I loved the top floor covered garden lounge and had early morning coffee up there. It was spotless, the staff was all friendly and helpful and it deserves it's high rating!
