The host/owner was friendly and helpful. Great personality and I enjoyed the hospitality. The room was spacious and had all the facilities for the price I paid. Good location on nimman.

The bathroom was fine. Everything else was mediocre.

Where do I start? First, there is no window and poor air circulation. The linen was a greyish/brown color: definitely not white. The paint on the walls were yellowing and old. The faucet was one inch above the sink so you could not wash your hands underneath directly. You had to squeeze a few fingers underneath or wash one hand at a time. The tv was flickering. There is no chair. There is no safe. There is no electronic lock on the door. Instead, it is one of those cheap button locks that you would put on your bedroom door in your house. There is much better value out there with better location and much better facilities. This place is not professionally run. It is a mom and pop operation without any of the charm or value. I moved out within 2 hours of my arrival.

Fabulous friendly staff, they really made me feel at home. It is a very great price for such a convenient location next to Nimman.
