Bad staff behaviour and services and he did not have manners to handle the guest and even cab and transport availablity was zero to reach there, people will have to reach by foot or two wheeler and location was not given proper address, you have wonder about more than half and hour to reach there if you're going first time and staff was not able to describe properly about location.
