Skyard Premium, Tapovan

I stayed at this property on 24th October 2025 with my group, and our experience was very disappointing. The entire building is under maintenance — there was no basic cleanliness, no facilities, and no supportive staff. The walls were damp and covered with seepage, which caused a strong unpleasant smell throughout the building. The kitchen was not functional, and the staff asked us to order food from Zomato. Before booking, we had confirmed all details with them, but they never informed us that most of the amenities shown online were not available. Even the property management was not responding to Booking.com representatives during our stay. Overall, it was a highly unpleasant experience. I strongly recommend not booking this property unless they fix these serious issues.

Food was very very good at the property

Water options is not available at floor wise you have to go reception to fill the water bottles. Also car parking is not that much because of location of stay

We had a wonderful stay at Skyard in Tapovan. Everything was perfect. The staff were especially kind and helped us with everything. We would definitely recommend staying here. You can reach everything in Tapovan within a 5–15 minute walk. A big thank you to the hotel boss, who was always on hand to help.
