Miami Vibes "Hostel-Like" Shared Room

Alexis is awesome! She works hard to maintain a peaceful clean and chill environment. I could tell immediately that she genuinely cares about people. She has everyone remove shoes at the door. Please remember to buy some indoor only slippers for your visit because the floors are like ice to bare feet so it's easiest if everything is easily slipped on/off, sandals at the door outside and slide on slippers in the locker directly inside the door. I'll remember this for next time lol. There are cameras all over the place which I felt is awesome and important though I didn't feel any vibes that anyone was a thief, all very honorable considerate people.

Only 1 bathroom for many people, but nearly everyone tries to rush so you're not waiting terribly long to get in. I wonder if the closet next to the bathroom, to the right if facing the bathroom, could be converted to a half bath?? Maybe with a toilet and sink?? Idk if the property is on a slab or has a crawl space, but if it has a crawl space, would be fairly easy to tie into existing plumbing. I was so busy with my own business I didn't have time to have a real conversation to find out or make any suggestions. Get an extra half bath and people will hardly ever have to wait longer than 2 minutes. I do love that all the people staying here were really awesome!!

The staff is pretty friendly.

The overall experience is not pretty, bed was full of the dogs hair.Blanket and towels were not so clean, I had to use it as I forgot to bring my own. Room is pretty cold as the room heater not work very well. room is not as bright as the pictures given.

Location is convenient to I 95. A good place to stay of you want to see Miami on the cheap.

The whole house is one big bedroom. There is no common area to speak of. There are even bunks in the kitchen, ridiculous. Also imagine if all the bunks we're full... There's six beds in the kitchen living area and twelve more and one more. That's 19 people and one bathroom. That's unrealistic and smacks of outright fraud. On my first day there a North Miami code enforcement officer was putting a notice on the property. I wonder for what? Also there's only really room for 4 vehicles on the property and then your parked in the front yard.
