+We booked rooms but it felt like we got to a big home because everything was as comfortable and accessible as at home. +the place was wonderful and we were greeted by a very nice person, unfortunately I don't remember the name. But he looked like the owner and did his best to have everything we needed and be comfortable in our Lodgings. +We gained more than we planned. The rooms were nice and clean and the 7-bed room for the youngsters was great. +the kitchen was so spacious that we were able to quickly and easily prepare dinner for our large group (18 person)

I liked the simplicity of the place. The staff guided me there about 24 hours before my arrival. Once we arrived check-in was easy. even my over bearing extra large puppy felt safe.

Interesting place, selfservice, very clean, interior, peaceful.

Church is sounds very loud, wifi wasn't works, mobile internet works very bad too, not eggs for breakfast.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable and we had an excellent nights sleep. A private bathroom with shower and toilet are just down the hallway and we were provided with a separate key. The bathroom was also very clean. A very quiet and peaceful location and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

Perfetto! Authentic historical place. This is a former rectory built in the 17th century. Very interesting experience to touch non-tourist Italy. Fairly, it was one of the best stays in during our trip. Very kind and hospitable owner, who speaks excellent English. We arrived late, so he filmed and sent us a video on whatsap showing how to check in. The bell on the tower rings every 15 minutes from 7 am to 11 pm, so if you arriving late and plan to get some sleep in the morning, you will not succeed. Although the bell rings are the part of an authentic immersion into real Italian life. We liked it very much!
