They serve cold breakfast but it was good and complete, the room has a different entrance from the house so it feels private and silent wi-fi and bathroom was ok.

The room smelled like dog, the mattress was hard like a brick, the price is not the best for just a basic room, paying in advance is risky considering is difficult to arrive Teresópolis and transportation is irregular, the R$50 fee to reschedule the reservation was too high, the location is on the opposite side of town to the national park.

Good location and had a fridge in the room.

Bed was really hard Quite some street noise. It looks like the room and bathroom is part of an old apartment. There is still a space which looks like a kitchen with everything has been demolished and removed. It looks run down. Better to close this space when renting out the room (or invest in it and make a nice apartment).

The location felt nice but a little bit far off from the center. The owner and his family were great, nice and helpful. The private room was very spacious and had good wifi. The shared room was nice but needed few things for more comfort like a place to hang up your clothes and from shared areas connection to wifi was difficult.

I was there for hiking so needed to leave early, like 6am, and needed to wake up the owner to let me out because the door is locked. But he had no problem with it and was very helpful :)
