We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay! The level of attention and care from the staff was exceptional, and they always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were incredibly accommodating and readily catered to our every request. Additionally, we were delighted by the optional program that was available for purchase. It added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip and allowed us to make the most of our time there. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the quality of our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall, there were a couple of aspects that we found disappointing. Firstly, we noticed that the curtains in our room were dirty, which took away from the overall cleanliness of the space. Additionally, we encountered some issues with broken lights in the common areas, which affected the ambiance and functionality of those areas. Despite these minor inconveniences, we still appreciated the efforts of the staff and the overall experience at the accommodation.

A grand joy to arrive into this welcoming oasis in Ponta Delgada, I got greeted by kind people who were genuinly interested in me, a rare bijou in these lands - you are far more then a customer. You are home. Easygoing, I had the opportunity to rest and be by myself, drink a coffee or play the guitar in the hammocks, or I could indulge in the cosy socialness of thought-through activities like surfing or a three-course meal by an amazing cook who brings some vegetables from his own garden. I´ts a well balanced atmosphere of community and down to earth-service. Every person who worked at this place was very loving and well-meaning people who´d Id wanted to talk more to, it was just too much fun stuff to do. And the beach is just a free electric bicycle-ride away rolling down the hills. Oh! And the BEDS were the best on the island (- and I´ve been to quite many.)

I mixed up the description of the "pool" table in the belief it was a pingpong table when I booked, so I really missed the ping pong table which I had much looked forward to beat my boyfriend in.

It was very clean and they offer you many facilities. You can go out for surfing in the morning, in the afternoon you can go on a tour and in the night they can cook for you.

The location was nearby Ponta Delgada and the airport, but was located at a very busy road. Also the curtains were very thin, so you wake up very early. And the last point, it was a accomodation where animals were prohibited, but they own a dog. We chose this accomodation because no animals were allowed, but at breakfast there was a big dog.
