Hotel Los Burritos

Affordable, hostel is a vibe, and the owner is from the USA and is cool to talk with. Also, the burritos and pizza is 10/10!

It’s obviously not the Marriott, but for what it is, no complaints.

The food was really good. I had the burrito, burger and cookies. You have to try the cookies. The owner is super chill and was very helpful. Location is very close to the surf spot.

Bryan the owner was very helpful with anything we needed, the location was amazing right on the esplanade looking over the ocean and a short walk to the surfboard rentals and surf break. The cookies are also to die for we had about 5 each per day!!

The rooms were a little dated but still comfortable.

Los Burritos is a great place to stay for budget travellers looking for great value for money in an amazing location. The “small” room we booked was large and clean. Common areas include multiple terraces and a well equipped shared kitchen. Although there is a kitchen, check out the restaurant downstairs. The medium size pizza will feed 2 hungry surfers, and is very generous with toppings. Brian, the host, makes his own dough so the pizza is homemade from scratch. Finally, you can ask Brian anything and he will be happy to help you. Would happily return again.

The terrace could use some lounging chairs and the shower curtain needed to be replaced - nothing that affected our stay

Great location on the main strip. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean with hot water (absolute treat)! There is a communal kitchen which was a huge plus. Brian was a great host - always around and willing to help with whatever you need!
