Roupa de cama e banho, produtos de higiene, tudo certo e disponível na chegada Café da manhã maravilhoso Funcionários simpáticos e solícitos Espaço flexível Localização sensacional tem tudo próximo, para aproveitar a boêmia de Botafogo, para praticar atividade física, para resolver as coisas. Muito bom

La habitacion por ser precio y calidad esta bien. Excelente ubicacion a una cuadra de la estacion botafogo y desde el balcon se ve el pan de Azucar y el Cristo Redentor. El desayuno normal.

El personal podria realizar un mayor esfuerzo por hablar en castellano. Dado que tratan habitualmente con turistas, considero que esto mejoraría significativamente la calidad del servicio y la comunicación con los clientes.

Localização excelente, tudo limpinho, cadeira para roupas secas no chuveiro, o que é fundamental e funcionários super gentis e solícitos. Cheguei de manhã para ir embora no mesmo dia. Eles me deixaram fazer um check in antecipado e já tomar o café da manhã, o que foi tudo de bom, muito atenciosos. Agradeço a todo o pessoal do turno do dia, em especial Edilson, Igor e Karen (espero ter escrito os nomes corretamente)

Seria bom ter uma pia para escovar os dentes em um espaço mais privado. Lavar o rosto e escovar os dentes no corredor è um tanto desconfortável
