Hostal Mamatierra

Bom café da manhã (sanduíche, suco de caixa e uma barra de cereal), bem atenciosos em relação ao horário de saída para os passeios (deixam o café preparado para levar, contanto que você os avise antes). Localização boa, cerca de 10 min a pé da rua principal (Caracoles). Staff incrível, super prestativos e te ajudam com tudo que você precisar (van para Calama, passeios, dicas, etc.)

O Wi-fi no quarto do fundo (com banheiro incluso) às vezes não funcionava direito, mas ao ir para a área comum funcionava perfeitamente.

Bien positionné par rapport au centre, partie commune toujours propres, très bon petit déjeuner, accueil au top

Isolation phonique, et thermique mauvaise (on entend les alarmes des voisins dans la chambre), étant en juin, il faisait froid la nuit et pas de chauffage. On a dû sortir nos duvets pour être 100% au chaud.

Hostel muito bom, localizado a apensa 10min da calle Caracoles. funcionarios muito simpaticos, Nayira muito comunicativa e o rececionista Vicente muito prestativo quarto bom com colchao e almofada bons, chuveiros partilhados muito bons otimo pequeno almoço marcamos transfer para aeroporto com eles

Pessoas solícitas e espaço tranquilo, a Localização também é ótima!

Can’t speak highly enough of this hostel! We had two separate stays due to bus cancellations. We really enjoyed the friendly vibe and comfortability of the hostel - the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. There are individual rooms for each shower/toilet so even though they are ‘shared’ they are still private. Breakfast was so nice and filling! And on the days we were leaving early for tours and checking-out, the staff left us packed snack bags so we wouldn’t go hungry (very helpful for our onward bus journey). The staff were really nice and helpful, especially with booking tours and keeping us updated with the road closures that were impacting our onward travels. I would 100% recommend this hostel!

The only thing I would say is it can get cold at night, but that’s expected especially in the winter.

Quarto muito confortável e limpo. Havia limpeza diária e troca de toalhas e lençóis durante a hospedagem. Gostamos muito da hospitalidade da equipe do hostel. Apesar do tempo frio na cidade, havia água quente no chuveiro, aquecedor elétrico, cobertor e edredom quentinhos na cama.

It was clean and the breakfast was really excellent.

It had a relaxing feel but also enough people to socialise with if you wanted to. It was exceptionally clean and you had the option of a room clean everyday with change of towels. The breakfast was amazing and plenty of options including eggs and pancakes and was also a buffet style breakfast, you also got the option for a packed breakfast if you were going on an early morning tour. Great location and quiet. Vincent was there to greet us on our arrival and explained everything we needed to know in detail, plus very polite just like the rest of the staff. We ended up extending another 3 nights making our stay 8 nights.

Location was good, kitchen was good for cooking, staff were friendly and helpful, bed was comfy.

Doors were a little creaky in my dorm so would wake us all up. But other than that all good.
