Kana, nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et a pris le temps de nous montrer sur une carte les choses à faire et les restaurants. Elle a réservé un onsen et un restaurant pour le soir. Très bon séjour !

מקום מקסים ובמיקום מצויין קרוב לתחבורה ציבורית ובקרבת מסעדות וחנויות נוחות מלבד ההוסטל עצמו שמספק כל מה שצריך ונקי ומסודר הקסם עצמו במקום היא קאנה המארחת המדהימה שמהרגע שנכנסתי להוסטל נתנה לי להרגיש כמו בת בית התיישבה איתי מבלי שהייתי צריכה לבקש והסבירה לי את כל מה שאני צריכה לדעת על הסביבה על תחבורה, אטרקציות , מסעדות וכל בוקר עדכונים על הריאות של פוג׳י. כל פעם שחזרתי להוסטל הייתה שואלת לשלומי ואפילו ביום האחרון שלי זכיתי להצטרף אליה לטרק לפוג׳י

The friendly staff went out of their way to help us - really appreciate that. They helped us in booking a private onsen as well. Location is close to bus stop and walking distance from multiple convenience stores and a bakery. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a private washroom for ourselves with our room which was clean. The hotel was quiet and nobody was loud at night. Value for money

L' ostello è in un ufficio postale del 1914... atmosfera incredibile e accogliente. Ho prenotato la stanza giapponese disponibile per due persone ma c'erano anche una stanza con due letti singoli e un dormitorio con due piccole cabine che si chiudevano con pannelli di carta da riso. Il vero plus è dato però da Kana che gestisce l' ostello...gentilezza, disponibilità, voglia di conoscerti...ci ha aiutato per prenotare ristoranti ed onsen e in tutte le informazioni per visitare la zona. Da non perdere....

No rating scale is high enough to express the hospitality of Kana and how she makes you feel like a friend at her home. She runs this hostel and is always in a good mood and a smile, while helping you get the best out of your stay in Hakone. We will never forget the stay at this hotel, thank you so much Kana!

民宿主人非常友好热心，会介绍景点位置、乘车位置，很温柔的一位阿姨。整栋建筑很有历史感很复古，窗外满是绿意，非常漂亮，住起来也很舒服安心。

由于是一栋有历史的建筑，所以设施也会比较老旧，同时隔音也没有那么好。不过总体来说是性价比很高的选择
