Check-In: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Late arrivals must notify us in advance). Late Check-Out: Guests staying past 11:00 AM will be charged for an extra night. If a guest arrives before 2:00 PM (e.g., via night bus), they must book a bed for the previous night and inform us in advance. All guests must present a valid passport upon arrival for security and legal compliance. Minimum Age Requirement: 18+ only (No exceptions). No Visitors Allowed in Dormitories: Outsiders are strictly prohibited in dorm rooms. Reception Hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Early Check-Out: Guests checking out before 7:00 AM must settle payments the night before. Drinking water is available for 100 LKR per bottle. Bottle refills are available for 100 LKR each. Lost or damaged bottles will be charged at 1,000 LKR per bottle. Please return bottles after use. Towel Rental: 500 LKR per towel. Lost Towel Penalty: 3,000 LKR. Padlock Rental: Free. Lost/Damaged Padlock Penalty: 4,000 LKR. Guests must use only their assigned bed/locker. Unauthorized use of another bed/locker results in extra charges. Dormitory AC operates from 9:00 PM – 11:00 AM only. Twin Rooms & Long Stay Villa Guests: No time restrictions. Reason: ACs turn off in dorms after 11:00 AM for hygiene, cleanliness, and fresh air circulation. Special Care: Guests must inform staff about delicate fabrics before drop-off. Sorting Requirement: Guests must separate white & dark clothes before drop-off. Liability Disclaimer: The hostel is not responsible for color damage. Complaint Window: Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of collection. Lost Laundry Bag Penalty: 400 LKR. Weight Verification: Guests must check weight at pick-up. No complaints will be accepted after collection. Lockers are provided for guest security. Guests may bring their own lock or request a free hostel padlock. Lost/Damaged Padlock Penalty: 4,000 LKR. Dorm Rooms: No keys provided. Private Rooms & Villas: Keys are issued. Lost Key Penalty: Fee determined by management. No food or sweet drinks allowed in dorms (Prevents pests). Food Storage: Guests must store food in the lobby refrigerator. Belongings must be kept inside lockers. Mattress Hygiene: Guests must use linens before sitting or lying on beds. Housekeeping Schedule: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Late Check-Out Penalty: Guests who do not vacate their bed/locker by 11:00 AM will be charged for an extra night. Toilet Paper Not Provided (Prevents sewer clogs & complies with local laws). Alternative: Bidet sprayers are available in all bathrooms. Quiet Hours & Behavior Expectations Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. No loud music, conversations, or disturbances during these hours. Non-Compliance: May result in booking cancellation without refund. Breaking rules may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Guests must secure personal belongings in lockers. Guests are liable for any damages to hostel property. Respectful behavior is required at all times. Changes take immediate effect upon guest notification. Reception Desk: Available 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM. A deposit may be required at the property.
