Good location near the surf schools and beach.

Staff are pretentious and uncoordinated. Beds are cleaned throughly, staff sprays a lot of scent to present a clean ambiance.

при заселении не предупредили, что ночью ходят поезда прям за стеной номера и гудят. всю оплату взяли наличными. когда мы пришли на следующее утро сообщить, что в такой обстановке жить не сможем, отказались возвращать деньги. в итоге на второй день мы просто съехали оставив им все деньги. никакое бронирование не отменялось. отменили они сами, наверное, что бы не платить взнос на Букинг

The place was nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, everything was good and I had a pleasant stay.

I didn’t like the top bunk bed. It felt unsafe because there were no proper holding brackets or support to climb up. It was difficult to get on and off the bed, and it felt risky. I think this should be improved for safety.

I liked the air-conditioning and the valuable (good) price. The bottom bed was comfortable and easy to use.

I didn’t like the top bed because it was difficult to climb up.

Spacious room

Located next to train tracks and a busy road which meant constant loud train and traffic noises. We weren’t able to lock our back door with a key. We also had a black out and even when the power was on we didn’t have hot water to shower. Room was a bit dirty even the light switches were coated in grime.

Location was good, Wifi and Co-working Space was good.

The male staff didn’t inform during check-in about the facilities, needed to change rooms due to AC wasn’t working in the room I booked. Most male staff were constantly on the phone not paying attention to customers and needs and if I had a question I felt like I was disturbing them. The young woman at the counter made up for their mistakes in the morning. No social vibe.
