The staff was truly amazing. They made you feel at home in a very intense city. The hostel felt like a beautiful and safe oasis of trust and peace. I want to give a big shout out to Riham Kenza Chinwi Mohammed rooftop terrace and youssef for their kindness and hospitality. They make a great team together that deserves a promotion. I

Beautiful riad, the staff is super nice whether it's in the reception, the cleaning team or the restaurant team. Perfect location in the heart of the medina. Access to the pool which is great when it's really hot, and it's super super calm when you are inside the riad so you can really relax. Beds are also really comfy

I booked it only for the pool since compared with other hostels this was more expensive. And it really the pool and area around the pool is great.

In the dorm room the beds are so close to each other, there are no even curtains so it’s a little bit weird sleeping so close to everyone. Also they have weird procedure if you are especially coming from the dessert - you have to leave all clothes to dry for 24h…

Die Sauberkeit hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und die Rooftop Area ist sehr schön.

Gerade wenn man in der Dämmerung oder Nachts durch die Medina zum Hostel läuft, wird man von zwielichtigen Typen abgefangen die einem sagen, dass eine Straße gesperrt ist und einem den richtigen Weg zeigen will. Dies ist leider keine Gastfreundlichkeit, sondern eine Betrugsmasche. Sie führen einen durch viele dunkle verwinkelte Gassen und an einem Ort wo man ganz allein mit ihnen im dunklen Gewölbe steht wollen sie viel Geld für ihre vermeintliche Leistung und werden durchaus handgreiflich dabei. Als wir dann gezahlt hatten und im Hostel ankamen waren die Mitarbeitenden wenig empathisch für das für uns sehr befremdliche und unheimliche Erlebnis nachts in einer dunklen Gasse allein abgezogen worden zu sein. Das Hostel sollte in der Vorab-Kommunikation erwähnen, dass das häufiger vorkommt und besonders alleinreisende Gäste sollten ihre Reiseplanung anpassen, nicht im dunklen anzukommen. Auch nachdem wir bereits Bescheid wussten, hatten wir Abends immer ein mulmiges Gefühl wenn wir zum Hostel gelaufen sind, da man wirklich lange durch sehr dunkle unbelebte Gassen laufen muss. Mehr Beleuchtung, Vorab-Info und Kameras wären Maßnahmen die unserer Ansicht wichtig wären.
