"Very poor"

The location was good and there was fast internet.

We booked a one bed apartment but were put in an 8-bed-dorm (which we had to ourselves). The room and the bathroom (which couldn't be locked, which isn't great for a dorm room) had no windows. Another problem was that you had to inform the staff for warm water and there were no towels.

Great location .... It's basic and old style but it has everything you need .... The terrace is really cool with amazing view ... I could arrange the taxi with them

No coffee .... No social vibe ... Bed sheet

Owners and staff very nice and helpful. Great view from rooftop terrace of sunset and city lights at night. Very laid back. -- good hot water.

"Fantastic location, good vibes, amazing view, great wifi"

In a fantastic location close to lots of famous Guanajuato sites! The vibes are amazing and the terrace view of the city is gorgeous! We arrived at 11 at night and the staff was waiting for us to let us in. Super kind!!! Oh and the wifi is super fast. Everyone in my group would definitely stay there again!

Only downside the showers are cold and you do have to ask to turn the hot water on but honestly if you ask us not a big deal at all. All the other positives outweighs this
