ESLocation was quite good, easy parking as well.
Beds were not very comfortable and there was no A/C, they provided us a fan though.

DECentral location, available street parking, staff was really nice and helpful (although didn't speak much english), great value for money. Basic simple private room, was given the option to choose my preference ;)

DEconvenient location along the main road, easy walking to Stalin / War Museum as well as the railway station. Very nice host ( no English but no problem). Room & bathroom were just ok.
There were 2 big issues: the beds and the kitchen. Beds are so worn out, you can't actually sleep on them anymore, I had 2 terrible nights. Kitchen is very run-down and unfortunately unclean and cockroach-infested, that's why we didn't step in there at all. The photos of the kitchen on booking are not current!! 50 Lari/night definitely is overpriced and this place was the most unpleasant we've stayed in so far here in Georgia ( after 3 weeks travelling)
JPIt was comfortable to stay there. The receptionist quickly prepared the room for us. They also have a common kitchen.
