Ostel is a perfect stay with the best rooms, the best overall architecture, the best facility, really good food, a very good crowd, engaging activities on most night, and very very very friendly volunteers and staff. it's always a pleasure coming back here whether it is a group trip or solo travel. absolute top-notch hospitality, quality of rooms, and service. totally worth the price.

the views are absolutely stunning, the best views possibly for a property just steps away from the beach

There is zero privacy in the sea facing rooms, people sitting on the deck kept staring at the room and the whole room is visible, the glass needs to be tinted and the screens are also see through. The glass and mesh window are not cleaned, there are bird droppings all over the glass which spoils the whole experience.

Ostel In was everything I needed on this trip: comfortable, relaxing, clean, fun :)) It's a great place to meet people in Pondi (including the staff, who are all amazing!) - would 100% recommend, and will 100% go back.

The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach, which made early morning surf sessions and sunset strolls effortless. After long and often exhausting hours in the water, it was always nice to come back to a clean, comfortable, and relaxing space. The hostel has all the amenities you need for a longer stay, and the atmosphere strikes a great balance between being social and peaceful. What really stood out was how easy and comfortable they made everyday living. Whether you're in town for surfing, remote work, or simply slowing down for a while, Ostel.in provides a great base. I arrived for a surf trip but left feeling like I'd found a second home. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay close to the beach and enjoy a hassle-free, comfortable stay.
