Loved my stay so very much that I ended up extending my stay from 2 to 5 days. The hosts here are lovely. A huge shoutout to Aastha, Pavithra and Tara for being the best folks around! They were absolutely helpful. It felt like a home for 5 days! I’m definitely coming back here! Don’t miss this property! The view is immaculate and so are the people!

I am so glad i chose Ostel for my first solo trip. Its very beginner friendly giving a cosy vibe. The staff is so helpful and considerate about your petite needs too.

Staying at ostel was easily one of the highlights of my time in Pondicherry. The property itself is fantastic—thoughtfully designed, clean, and perfectly situated to soak up the local vibe. The aesthetic is spot on—it’s stylish yet functional, making it a great spot for both solo travelers and groups. The real heart of this place is the hosting team. Aastha and Pavitra are absolute gems. They go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels settled and included. Whether it’s sharing the best local hidden spots or just being around for a great conversation, their warmth and hospitality truly set this place apart.

The shack was amazing and whole place is very clean and staff are very good , the view and dorm everything is same as pictures and they have a good vibe...

Out of 5 days i didn't have wifi for 2 and half days in shack ...i loved the shack for a beach view and wasn't able to work feom there and it was very frustrating and informed staff atleast 8 time...but maybe it wasn't solvable quickly and 1 time thing. Alcohol not allowed is a bummer .

The ambience the host everything around it ! The view was exceptional !! She explained everything in a clear way!

Could have allowed us to eat inside room… we were hungry at night and didn’t want to go down and have food alone at the designated area so that alone they could change it ….

It’s very pretty u can just sit anywhere n chill have me time n the view from this property 🤦‍♀️
