I loved the property, the location and the service too. The staff were on their feet if you needed something. The hospitality is good too along with the hostel being super clean. I really enjoyed the stay. Thank you for being a great host, Kygo :)

I just didnt like that that they had restrictions with AC timings. It was like around 10pm to 8am aprrox and 1pm to 4pm in the afternoon. They wouldnt put it on beyond that. They may have their own reasons.

There was a kitchen with usable facilities. The location was good, so are the common spaces. Great property, which could do with better maintenance and management.

The stayspaces could have been arranged & designed better, with more consideration for individual convenience and space for use. The management needs to be more amenable to guests' requests - for example, a heavily chlorinated hand-wash in the washroom, unfit for use on the human skin, wouldn't be changed on request, because apparently, "everyone uses the same". There are no extra pillows available. Also, catering is not available, as the site had suggested. On the whole, many tiny points of discomfort which make the stay not quite satisfactory.
