Podejście do klienta menadżera lub właściciela. lokalizacja

W pokoju bardzo intensywny zapach papierosów. Nie działał telewizor ( tylko jeden kanał). Bagatelizowanie problemów przez obsługę recepcji. Udzielanie śmiesznych rozwiązań przez pracownicę recepcji.
