- We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancelation without refunds. - Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. Furthermore, we do not recommend our hostels to families. - We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in - Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus. - We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services. - Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property. - Alcohol consumption is permitted at the premises as per property’s discretion and local laws. Please reach out to the property prior to your arrival to confirm the same. - The right to admission is reserved. [NOTE: The final leg of reaching Zostel Kolad requires crossing a river in a boat, which is arranged by the hostel itself. It is recommended to properly cover valuable items before boarding the boat, in order to avoid any damage or loss. Furthermore, the boat is only available till 8 PM post sunset, after which check-ins and check-outs cannot be arranged. Travelers are requested to adhere to this timing and plan their travels accordingly.]Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

The service was very good and prompt. review for Sameer very friendly and polite buddy.

Could have provided basic washroom accessories like handwash, soap, shampoo and conditioner. The AC was fluctuating due to drop in voltages.

I liked the property it's well maintained and close to Main road, the location is perfect and ambience is great. They have ample space for dining and seating. Live music was great.

1. They played load music till 2 am, despite being informing them prior that I am traveling from overseas, My intention to here is to relax, entire night could not sleep. 2.Being that far in location the price of room rate is high and service they provide is pathetic, Only 2 500ml of water was given not even 1 ltr I paid 6000 for 2 nights and there is no TV in the room, no dental kit, No in room dinning. 3. After all the these when you go for dinner, they make you wait for 2 hours to serve food. Order was placed at 6 pm and we received it at 8.15 pm. We were starving and top of that they don't basic Chinese dishes. 4. He had ordered Chicken lollipop which was served with mint chutney, saying shezwan is not available, why the hell you took our order then. 5. In the name of tandoori prawns which was for 400rs for 6 pcs they gave shrimps. 6. After asking for tandoor items, they said tandoor is not working. 7. Kolad, pune are famous for fish thai and other dishes, they don't have single fish in there kitchen to order. Only small pomfret which was frozen and price was 600rs. 8. Lunch you have to wait for more then 1.30 hours to get served. when you travel you expect good night sleep and delicious food, what i got is 2 wastes days in Kolad I could have spend a night in dhaba. Am not using Booking.com too ever to plan my stay again, highly disappointed @booking.com.
