"Very disappointing"

The shower worked, and there was hot water.

It was actually awful. The property is in a dreadful condition.

The room was very bad and even we were two persons but the bed was not one They just adjusted two small beds together which was useless

Booked 2 room's, when visited the site along with the family, they have allotted that to some one else, saying only one room left.. is that the way of professional's..? they said they got only one room from booking.com.. when i try to call the booking.com support team, not got response.. no point in waiting at the doors with family.. i left the place.. is that the Booking.com issue or hotel guy lied don't know booking.com has to confirm and resolve this sort of issues, so in future no should suffer.
