Cleaning

I didn't get the room at all , I was been charged very bad ppl...I was made to struggle in the midnight without a stay

I hate this property because they didn't give me room for staying and they have charged me amount is deducted from credit card

The location The rooms were clean Pet friendly My dogs were comfortable because we fortunately got the AC room.

We paid for 2 non AC rooms, but we received only 1. And we got this information only during checkout when we complained about ac. We weren’t provided any towels during check in, asked or it repeatedly. Got it only 5 min before checkout. The actual caretaker of the property was on lave during our stay an we weren’t explained anything about the property. The temp caretaker hounded us to pay the full amount even though we had already paid 80% before. He didn’t even let us put down our baggage and sit for a min. He never cared to explain anything to us and was just bothered about the money. The issue was not the property, but i guess mis management

The location is pretty nice and even by walk you can easily reach the Main Street with caffe and shala

The sheets wasn’t so fresh and floor too. Also the smell in toilet was disgusting (most probably from sewerage). The common kitchen is too small and a bit mass.
