It is such a quirky accommodation, beautiful art and old furniture. We stayed in the delux room and it was very big bright and spacious. Lovely receptionist accommodated our late check in. The courtyard is stunning, the whole place transports you back in time. Great location close to the sea (20 mins walk) highly recommend

Wonderful old building around courtyards. Dilapidated but beautiful.

Book top floor room with ac and bathroom . Worth a bit extra , other rooms ok but basic .

"Best AC room at Broadlands"

Quiet Ac Quiet soundproofed Room. Had great sleep. Good illumination

The floors could have pai mats underfoot. When the AC is put off, one can experience dust particles in room 14. Bad for aathmatics
