Uma grande confusão com o check-in, foram super rudes connosco. O quarto que reservamos não foi o que nos foi atribuído. Chegamos e não tinham quarto para alojar o nosso grupo. Depois de vários telefonemas e problemas de comunicação pedimos que o responsável nos desse respostas. Foram retiradas pessoas de um quarto para nós ficarmos alojadas, e esse quarto nem sequer foi desinfetado antes de entrarmos. Uma vergonha.

Wszystko byłoby ok po za tym że w pokoju było bardzo zimno. Jeden mały grzejniczek na pokój w starej kamienicy, kiedy na zewnątrz jest -17C, to za mało !
