Soundproofing!!! If you want to get a good night's sleep, I don't recommend staying here. The neighbors bang their doors until the middle of the night.

"The heaters were working but the building is old so the heater could not keep the room warm at all."

friendly greeting, and nice

Lots of banging and noise at very early am morning hours, like there was someone performing tasks or duties, there is no stores or cafe's or restaurants close by, a long walk to get to them
