The road leading to the property is extremely narrow, making access difficult from the start. To make matters worse, there is no parking at all, not even for two-wheelers, which is highly inconvenient. The bigger issue, however, is the complete lack of basic infrastructure. There is no power backup, which is unacceptable in a place like Rishikesh where electricity cuts due to bad weather are common. Because of the outage, there was no water supply, leaving guests waiting since morning just to use the toilet. Being unable to access such basic necessities for hours is simply unacceptable. What’s even more disappointing is the staff’s attitude. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they told us to arrange water from outside...a clear display of arrogance and lack of concern for guests. Stay here only if you’re prepared to deal with serious inconvenience and zero basic support.

Staff was friendly, dormitory was clean and comfortable great for solo travellers. Overall a hassle free experience, would choose this for the stay again.

I mean it was cheap, so you can't complain too much,it's really close to lakshman jhula

The dorm wasn't clean, the bed sheets were dirty, provided tap water,the shower didn't work , geyser gladly worked, Dorms are not like shown in pictures,
