Ariché Valladolid Hotel & Hostal

De locatie is top: dichtbij het ADO busstation en het centrum.

Bij het inchecken was de prijs ineens een stuk hoger dan waarvoor het geboekt was op Booking.com. Het hotel houd een andere, hogere wisselkoers aan, dit is erg verwarrend en wat misleidend. Daarnaast hadden we in totaal 3 kakkerlakken op de kamer. Het personeel hielp met het weghalen, maar als er telkens nieuwe tevoorschijn komen is dit erg naar en vies.

The pool was great, really enjoyed the sunbeds and hammocks. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The hostel was quiet and peaceful.

The rooster next door was incredibly annoying (this is outside the control of the accomodation but still it was day and night).

El hotel y el personal está muy bien.

Trataron de cobrarme más dinero del contratado con Booking. Insistí varias veces sin resultados hasta que acepté pagar más pero les pedí una factura y avisé de que lo pondría en cocimiento de Booking… en ese momento decidieron cobrarme lo correcto. La contratado en la app y lo que te comunican vía mensaje no es lo mismo (precio, comisiones bancarias, etc). Sentado en la recepción he visto que han actuado igual con varios viajeros. En definitiva, están cobrando de más a los viajeros de manera sistemática.

Personnel exceptionnel, chambre toute mignonne , beaucoup de moustiques par contre mais aucun ne nous as piqué ! Un coup de clim et plus rien. Très proche du centre et de la vie de ville. Je recommande fortement

Looks just like the photos. Staff were very helpful, always cleaning or tidying the place. Free coffee and tea in the morning. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked. Aircon was great even in the dorm rooms, but it only goes on at night.
