PDL Green House

The location are amazing , near of center of the city and with good access to explore the island.

Communication via text was A1 aka excellent. The room was great. Location was amazing. Terrace on roof was beautiful. Really happy stay here.

No view from windows but spent a lot of time outdoors enjoying the town.

Location, very nice, spacious and clean room, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nespresso machine, new hostel. Everything was so close, so if you would like to know the real life of living in the main city of Azores, this is the right place. :)

The staff communicate only via messages but they are on the phone H24

First of all, we were able to check in upon arrival. It was in the afternoon but ahead of official time. The check in process was remote-controlled, but very easy. We like the password access, instead of physical keys, to the main entrance and the room. The interior is quite new, simple, clean but very functional. We like the design. The coffee capsules are enough and we make good cafe. We didn’t rent a car, the location is very convenient, to boat, bus, restaurants, pingo doce and airport

I couldn’t find the light on the roof terrace. The window of the dinner/sitting area is facing the patio for the aircon outdoor unit and the window of the other guest’s room. So we have to keep it closed for sound proof or keep the curtain closed for privacy.

Great accommodation in the center of the town close to all. Very clean, modern and comfortable nice terrace.

Spacious room and nice shower. Very close walk to everything. Try A Tasca down the street! Towels were changed daily. No in-person reception but very responsive via phone. Nice terrace

No warning that people would be coming into the room to change towels/make bed every day - I was surprised when I got back day 1 and someone had been inside. Wish there was a sign you could put out if you didn’t want someone coming in.

The space is huge and clean.

It’s an Airbnb more or less. The ground floor apartment has no view and a tinted window. You are just given check in instructions and cameras are everywhere. Bring your own beach towel as towels are prohibited to be taken out of the apartment. Parking is a challenge. The roads are small and narrow in Ponta Delgado so parking is up the hill but you have to be lucky to find something and it’s chargeable mon to fri at 0.60€ an hour 8-19. Saturdays 8-13 and Sundays free. There is free parking on Sant Ana road but like 5-10 mins walking. If easy parking is what you need this might not be the perfect fit.

Very nice place. Clean and equipped.

Nowhere to park, but you're in a small city. To be expected.
