Bin regelmäßig und sehr gerne im Hostel Harzer Hof. Die Mitarbeitenden sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Preise sind angemessen und die Gemeinschaftsküche gut nutzbar.

Die Zimmer sind teilweise schon etwas abgewohnt. Ich finde es schade, dass zwischendurch so gar nicht sauber gemacht wird. Gerade wenn man länger da ist und mit Hund anreist, wäre es schon schön zwischendurch mal saugen zu können.

Neviem získať faktúru. Nikto z hotela sa nehlási. V čase ubytovania bola komunikácia okamžitá, teraz keď potrebujem doklad nemám zo strany prevádzkovateľa už dlhšie žiadnu odpoveď.
