Really lovely, quiet place, surrounded by nature. The hostal is small and I was direclty feeling like at home Nice place to rest, be in nature and at the same tim not far away from the center. Fernando pay a lot of attention to his hosts, he is really friendly and he picked me up on town the day of my arrival. And the breakfasts are AMAZING!!! I can highly recommended

Amazing! The house is beautiful, cozy, clean and very well equipped with everything you may need, including hot water and kitchen. The beds are comfortable and warm, you feel like home. So much peace and quite in the nature, but still to reach the city center is so easy (~20 mins walking or short ride in colectivo, and the host, Fernando, was so nice to offer me a free pick up on my arrival at the terminal bus). Fernando is super kind, sociable and caring about every need you may have, and he prepares delicious breakfast! I had the best time here and would have extended my stay as much as possible but unfortunately the place was fully booked for the next days!

Fernando was an awesome host. He makes the breakfasts with lots of love. Nestled away from the city and surrounded by nature. Lota of art and details put into the place.

This is a wonderful hostel, more like a bed and breakfast. Fernando is a great host. On the edge of town very near hikes, with a stream flowing along the property. Excellent breakfasts. Highly recommend.

It's a beautiful place in nature that gives you a completely different vibe although you're still rather near to San Cristobal. The owners of the place were super friendly, flexibel and helpful. They came to pick me up and dropped me off super early in the morning and waited there with me until I had left with the shuttle. Truly amazing. In general they really take the time to make your stay pleasant. Im also wishing them all the best with their cool future plans for this unique property.

I stayed in the King Size bed and it was the best bedding and mattress I had in all of Mexico. Still thinking about the delicious crepes in the morning! A little bit of a walk to town but worth it to have the quiet. Recommend!

Marie and Fernando were lovely hosts. They did everything to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The vegan breakfast they prepared for me was very tasty. I liked the interior of the room and especially the bed was very comfortable. I didn't use the kitchen, but it looked pretty well equipped. Bruce the cat was a lovely company for me :-) The area is nice, green and quiet. Perfect for hiking as the park and hiking trails are close by. I can highly recommend that place.

This place truly is a home away from home. I ended up staying way longer because it is such a nice place to relax and calm down. The amazing breakfasts by Mary have been mentioned and I can only agree - by far the best free breakfast I ever got in a place I stayed, above most restaurant‘s standard I would say :) Mary and Fernando are super lovely hosts who are happy to help you with anything and really make sure you feel comfortable. I loved waking up to the sound of nature, the parque encuentro very nearby and playing and cuddling with the two dogs and cat they have :)

The owners are adorable. Mary's breakfast are delicious and she has a lot of cooking skills ! The place is like a shelter a little bit outside of the city, I could join the center easily with my bicycle (one time by walking, around 20-30 minutes). The house is nice, I could use the kitchen at night, and the place was never crowded because it can't have too many guests. The terrace is verry sunny during the day. And the cat is lovely !
