"Old hostel, disappointing"

Great location in central Almaty, cheap accommodation for 1-2 nights.

The hostel is quite old and run down. Could be much cleaner, the staff barely speak to you and it’s not a very social space - don’t go here to meet people! The shower water was hot and cold, some bugs in the kitchen. Disappointing stay
