The attitude of the staff specially when we approached with our issues with water bottles they said only 2 water bottles for stay for 2 days already provided which was unacceptable with water as basic necessities and the issue for TV was never resolved only and above that the staff mentioned that now you're Checking out only no point in sending for TV assistance, worst hospitality that anyone can experience with no courtesy

The location was good. All the hotels are in that location. So don't go to this hotel.

The staff were not friendly. The rooms were untidy and the rooms were very small. No lift had to carry luggage to the 4th floor.
