Located in the heart of the old city, very convenient to walk to most heritage sights. Near market and cool places to eat. Cozy room. Ideal size and clean.

The toilet door bolt was too tight and hurt my friend's hand a couple of times. The room tags said lake view and mountain view but it was lake view, and only as a side view through the balcony. Which was fine by us considering we spent most time outside the room. All the facilities were otherwise cool and the staff was friendly, amiable, and helpful.

The location is perfect on the banks of Pichhola Lake near Hanuman Ghat. The stays are comfortable and the roof top arrangement is good, although it can be renovated
