There was nothing to like in the property, there was no hygiene, staff was irresponsible, photos of the property are AI edited

The toilet was leaking, the bathroom had a repulsive smell of sewage, the fan was making noise when running felt as if it can fall any time. When asked the staff to clean the toilet they cleaned it with a dirty mop which intensified the pleasant smell that was already there in the first place. The elevator has tissues and packet of pan masala and chewing gum for 4 days, no initiative by staff to maintain the hotel. The internet connection in the hotel was soo weak that I could do my office work had to rely on my mobile data, when asked the staff why is it like this they said it's like this only.

Everything else..... unclean room especially washroom and toilet seat, clueless staff, poor housekeeping service,not at all what is shown in pictures

The elevator wasnt working ,had to carry our luggage ourselves to and from the 4th floor Could have been more clean

My primary concern was the guest demographic — the hotel has a dormitory section that attracts a largely bachelor crowd. The 2nd floor common area near the pool was frequently occupied by groups who were smoking (not just cigarettes - you know what I mean), drinking, and playing loud music until 1–2 AM every night across our 3-night stay. Beyond the atmosphere, the property itself is poorly maintained. The photos look appealing, but the on-ground reality is quite different — don't let the pictures set your expectations.
