Staff very friendly, specially Helena! Thanks a lot for your help! The breakfast was very simple: only one cup of coffee (that you can refill) and two slices of bread with butter and marmelade. In general is a good place to stay! A/c in room was great and intense

They don't offer drinkable water. Merida is a very very hot city, so have to pay for water in an hostel is a bit annoying. Besides that, we pass 2 months in Mexico and that one is the only that doesn't offer drinkable water

excellent location walking distance to many options. owners and staff treated me like family. Anything I needed they went out of their way to help with. plenty of nice comfortable seating in common areas indoors and out. several refrigerators to store your food and drinks, and sinks to clean up after cooking in the different buildings.

Breakfast is not nice, just 2 toasts and a little packaged jam on a plate wrapped in plastic foil. Location is far from city center. Found a cockroach and a centipede in the room. Swimming pool dirty.

The staff were very kind, helpful, and attentive. The location, while a bit off the main road, felt safe and secure. The wifi was fast and the room/bathroom were big (we stayed in a double room with a private bathroom). We had access to a fridge and fresh coffee in the mornings provided by the hostel.

The location was bit out of the way (30 min walk to most things) and the walls were very thin so you could hear any movement/noise made from other guests. The bathroom and bedding could use a little TLC - overall everything was clean, but the towels/bedding had some marks on them.

Good value for money in Merida. A little aside. Hot water (not at once). Simple breakfast - toast, jam, coffee. In separate room there are one king-size bed and one single - also quite big. Clean an spacious Parking on site.

For hot water you need to wait, usual in Yucatan. On the bed kind of protection (foil?) you can hear every move.

Friendly staff. Located in a quiet area!!
