The service was lacking—there was no hot water for showering. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the room smelled musty and damp. The night staff provided terrible service. Furthermore, a clause in the hotel's terms states that they are not responsible for your belongings should anything go missing; with what confidence, then, can one stay here? It is in very poor taste ……..No me gustó que no tenía agua caliente que ellos. En la cláusula dise que no se hacen responsables de tus cosas si se pierden con que confianza te vas a hospedar así y su decoración de la recámara deja mucho que desear además el personal de la noche pésimo en atender
