It’s close.

The guy at the reception was incredibly rude from the beginning even just waiting to park the car. He kicked out my friends super rude, was rude to me, my friend and not helpful at all. The hotel it’s next to a bar so it’s super noisy at night, there is no fan, no tv, nothing. In smaller places and more remote I had stayed they had more facilities than here. The room was noisy, the water it’s limited and well all access to the hotel, a lot of control, no support at all. I wouldn’t stay again.

I liked how clean they keep the hostal, and also the proximity to the town center. And the security system they have with the guests and the main door during the day and specially at night. The rooftop terrace was beautiful

Definitely the beds, you could feel the inner springs of the mattress on your back. The people at the front desk no so friendly, to the exception of a couple of them, specially the guys needs to be more friendly and not think they are disciplining their own children when they talk to you. They could be my kids . They are young but still can learn how to be more friendly without having to engage in a conversation with the guest. And the not hot water after 11 pm didn’t make any sense to me at all.

El personal te hace una jeta para el estacionamiento En vdd por q Si necesitas acudir al estacionamiento no a sacar el auto sino a abrir el auto ay no fatal En vdd unas cara y gestos y no es la primera vez q me hospedó ahí En vdd la gente está mal, deben tener actitud. Hace calor en las habitaciones No había agua y lo reporte

Muy céntrico y me gusta que sean muy cuidadoso con respecto a la seguridad.

El único detalle es que a algunas habitaciones les falla el agua caliente, mi habitación estuvo bien salio rápido el agua caliente y eso evita desperdiciar el agua. Perooo en otras 2 habitaciónes qué estaban mis familiares nunca salio el agua caliente.
