Fun, central, great staff

A bit noisy in the area. Lots of bars in the area

The location is amazing the staff were great and it had a great social atmosphere. The beds had a curtain for privacy.

It would be better if they had coffee more readily available.

The payment is required in cash, and I didn't know. Had to go look for an atm, and every atm in town has very high fees!

Uneducated staff, hidden fees, clicky staff wanted submission, not welcoming, two very arrogant American it looked like staff. Second question I asked I got insulted told them it wasn't proper looked at me like I spoke another language.

Also very noisy.

Good vibes, nice activities every night. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good every day.

The room was sometimes hot during nights.. Some nights loud music from.the streets carried to the room.

They had an included breakfast for 40 pesos a day that the volunteer staff would make.

The owner and the management - very rude, condescending, and in-hospitable people. Told me I broke all sorts of rules that I did my best to follow and listen to. They ended up kicking me out on my CAD 350.00 reservation for a 4-night stay for New Year's week in a 10-bed dorm. LEFT ME HOMELESS ON NEW YEARS EVE because I tried cooking dinner at 10:45 pm and I allegedly broke all sorts of rules at this party hostel. This place is just a clique, you are either cool enough for them or they hate you.. Not a well-run business. You should never treat your customers so rude and dismissive..

Great communal space and area to hang out and meet people.

Compared to other hostels in the area, it was really damp, and the infrastructure is old and very basic. The toilet doors on the ground floor were not designed well and too close to the loo so it was difficult to sit down if you needed. The beds are simply a piece of foam so not the most comfortable.

People -it’s a welcoming community and location is in the middle of everything . Very safe for female travelers

Could be bit more clean . Some more lightings in the private room would make it even better

The breakfast was great and the bed was very comfy. They had 2 fans on the ceiling and one on the floor so that was great. Staff was ok. Fridge in Kitchen was clean. The hostel has lot of space. But I will never go back again!!

The noise at night. You are Downtown and there are bars and resto all over MUSIC WAS SO LOUD UNTIL 3AM... it was crazy!!!... we like to go bed around 10pm... omg... not good. The second night (Sat) was better. Not as loud and they finished early like 1am. To bring my 2 suitcases up the curling stairs was really difficult. Thank God people help. The bathroom was outside, downstairs and we had to lock it all the time... not great! Everytime you come out of your room and go down... people watch you. IT WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE!!
